• We provide you with a proposal to purchase the bad debt portfolio
• Proposal determined by the aging and value of the accounts
• Upon the sale of your portfolio you are provided with the immediate value of the portfolio, accelerating your cash and eliminating the cost of administering bad debts
• We will collect the accounts ourselves and if we sue, we do so in our name, minimizing negative exposure
